Mrs. Mitchell has been teaching kindergarten since 2022. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a reading minor from the University of Southern Indiana.

Mrs. Mitchell is an advocate for creating a learning environment where all of her students feel calm, comfortable, and safe. She loves to build intentional relationships with her students to help them succeed both socially and academically. Once you join her classroom family, you become her student for life.

In her free time she loves to spend time outdoors with her husband, Dalton, their daughter, Scottie, and doodle, Jax.
